Here is where we are supposed to tell you that Layan is super competent, HR certified, earned a Master's Degree in HRD, and loves HR etc.. But, what you really want to know is how she got here and why.
Layan started her HR career with very little excitement that she will continue, her passion was Finance and Mathematics. After she accepted an entry-level assistant role in HR, straight out of college, she began to realize that her passion lies in advocacy, ethics, the right answer (math), and keeping her boss and colleagues happy, or at least trying.
She continued her journey in HR and wasn't always as sugar-coated as you'd like to hear. She had her fair share of disappointments but, she DOES NOT QUIT. She works tirelessly to achieve her goals and our clients' goals. Her resiliency, determination, strong work ethic, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills are what keeps the lights on.
She designed this business using a very unique pricing model that our clients appreciate. Her goal is, "I want every small business to have the competent and skilled HR Business Partner, they can't yet afford. HR is the backbone of every organization, and a small business cannot thrive without proper HR support."
