We can do one of three things:

1. Take over or create an HR department for your business

2. Work in tangent with your existing HR Department

3. On demand HR consultation to help you with concerns that arise in the workplace or one-off HR questions.

Generally you should be expected to pay between $200-$250 an hour. But, check out our prices!

As a small business owner, you will get 3 things from HR Consulting:

1. Growth

2. Structure

3. Competency

The most important services you need are employee benefits, recruitment, and compliance. We will help and lead the efforts to designing employee benefits that your competitors are offering - and better. We also write policies that are compliant and align with your workplace culture.

You can hire an in-house recruiter or you can outsource recruiting services. The benefits to outsourcing recruiting services is that the hiring process is MUCH quicker. If you're looking to backfill a very important role, or if you're looking for discretion, you might want to go with a third-party recruiting agency. Our average time to fill a role is 1 week!

It means we don't require any minimum hours per week, month, or year to be by your side. You can use us as you need us, when you need us.

We bill monthly for hours worked and used. If you don't use us at all in a specific month, you won't see a bill.

It takes about 1-3 business days for us to assign an HR Business Partner to your organization.
